Designed with essential workers in mind—such as healthcare professionals, law enforcement, educators, and more—this program honors those who make our communities thrive.

Eligibility for the program is based on your household size and annual income, and may qualify you for a reduced rental rate. Our dedicated specialists are available to guide you through the process and help you determine if you qualify.

How Can I Qualify?

 

Income documentation is required for all household members who receive income. Any income listed on the rental application must be supported by documentation. Acceptable documents may include:

 

- Employed: Four (4) most recent consecutive pay stubs

- Self-Employed: Most recent personal income tax return and a completed self-employment affidavit

- Commission or Tip-Based Employment: Treated as self-employment and requires the same documentation listed above

- Unemployed (18 years or older): Completed unemployment affidavit

- Additional Income: Documentation for other income sources such as Social Security benefits, pensions, trust income, child support, military benefits, or alimony
